how about going to the art portal and clicking "submit art" at the top left corner?
ha, I know how to submit art I was just wondering how the whole scouting thing worked.
people who already have been scouted can scout others. its like a big tree starting with I-bot and the newgrounds admins.
don't beg to be scouted. theres an unscouted section available to scouters to view artwork that hasn't yet been scouted. they will scout you if you think you are worthy. being in the portal doesn't make you better but if you keep practicing eventually it'll get noticed in the unscouted section and your art will be admitted in

I know it isn't all great but there are some things that are better than what is already in the art portal, people only get better with time too. So you can scout people? Can anybody scout or are there mods?
